What you'll do

• Lead and grow an engineering team building AI features for client applications
• set technical direction
• partner with Product Management on features and roadmap
• architect and deliver AI integrations
• write, review, and ship production code
• evaluate models, vendors, and APIs
• establish evaluation, quality, safety, and monitoring practices
• collaborate with UX
• work with data and ML partners
• use feature flags and progressive rollouts
• monitor adoption, quality, latency, cost, and defects
• and mentor engineers.
