What you'll do

  • Interact with residents in common areas
  • assist clinical staff with service coordination and resident engagement
  • support on-site activities and meetings
  • manage assigned building operations when other staff are absent
  • operate the lobby office and monitor security systems
  • maintain safety and enforce project rules
  • respond to crises and emergencies
  • document significant events
  • assist with room turnovers, leasing, orientation, rent collection, and inspections
  • respond to complaints and maintenance requests
  • attend meetings and training.
