What you'll do

• Manage mitigation projects from initial response through completion, including scopes, production plans, schedules, labor, equipment, documentation, and job costs
• lead, train, and hold the team accountable for productivity, quality, safety, documentation, and customer service
• ensure projects meet company and IICRC standards
• inspect work and require corrections
• communicate with customers, adjusters, property managers, referral partners, and internal teams
• manage job costs and scope changes
• recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members
• coordinate emergency-response coverage and staffing.
