What you'll do

• Assist with resident transportation to appointments
• monitor HVAC and plumbing systems
• test and coordinate inspections of fire protection, security, and plumbing systems
• perform routine and emergency building repairs
• complete preventive maintenance
• assist with painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects
• help maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity.
