What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for digital marketing and other vendors
• review invoices, contracts, proposals, and performance reports
• monitor website SEO and Google Ads
• recommend and adjust marketing budget allocation based on results
• analyze service-line volume and growth potential
• develop physician recruitment materials
• support digital marketing, social media, website content, online reputation, and brand initiatives
• create marketing materials and visual communications
• support office openings and service launches
• maintain consistent branding
• build reports and dashboards
• analyze performance data
• help identify and implement technology and process improvements
• collaborate with the Practice Development Coordinator and Operations Director.
