The Director, Customer Identity & Access Management - CIAM is an onsite role based in Charlotte, NC, with a salary range of $125,000 to $190,000 per year. This position leads the CIAM strategy for Ally Financial. This role exists to own the end-to-end strategy, policy, and performance of customer authentication across all channels. The Director leads high-impact identity and fraud-prevention initiatives, ensuring a balance between security, risk, and customer experience.
