What you'll do

• Complete prep cook and line cook training agendas
• inventory ingredients and prepare vegetables, side dishes, sauces, dressings, and other items
• set up a cook station
• receive and communicate guest orders
• prepare and plate menu items to quality standards
• maintain a clean and organized workstation
• follow food safety, sanitation, receiving, storage, and checkout procedures
• coordinate with wait staff and other kitchen team members.
