Associate Chief Medical Officer

Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses. Takes full accountability for patient care and outcomes. Engages with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital. Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation.
