What you'll do

• Provide psychological consultations in trauma, emergency, neurology, and internal medicine departments
• conduct outpatient therapy, brief assessments, and light testing
• perform 1013 Act evaluations
• coordinate care plans with treatment teams
• document findings and plans in the EHR
• and maintain continuity of care for appropriate patients transitioning between hospital and clinic.
