What you'll do

• Perform front-office and night-audit duties
• manage guest arrivals, departures, and overall experience
• provide information about hotel policies, services, amenities, and the local area
• enter and update reservations
• post charges and process payments
• close and balance guest accounts and cash drawers
• investigate account discrepancies
• complete audit reports and daily logs
• respond to guest complaints and requests
• report potential safety or security hazards and follow emergency procedures.
