What you'll do

• Advise executive directors and department leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and workplace concerns
• assess issues and risks
• conduct investigations and interviews
• document findings
• support conflict resolution, separations, and exit interviews
• guide HR administrative staff
• support onboarding, offboarding, records, HRIS, leave administration, accommodations, workers’ compensation coordination, audits, and policy implementation
• and interpret applicable employment laws.

Why this role

As-needed part-time support with variable hours and no guaranteed minimum; may transition to a regular part-time schedule of up to 25 hours weekly. Requires five years of HR experience, including employee relations, and residence and work in OR, WA, or CA.
