What you'll do

• Conduct on-site customer visits for technical service and product recommendations.
• Communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.
• Provide high-level support for key accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product Development and Quality.
• Build relationships with equipment and substrate manufacturers.
• Develop and deliver technical training.
• Represent Henkel at events.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
