Certified Assessment Practitioner

Job overview

The Certified Assessment Practitioner role is onsite in Laurel, MD, with work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $55–$69 per hour. The practitioner supports a large public water utility client in Maryland; the opportunity is contingent upon contract award. The role exists to administer and interpret leadership and psychometric assessments and help participants turn results into development actions. It contributes to leadership programs by providing individual and group debriefs, development planning, and aggregate findings while protecting assessment data.

What you'll do

• Select assessment instruments in consultation with the Lead Instructional Designer
• administer assessments and manage licenses and access codes
• interpret results and deliver individual and group debriefs
• facilitate Individual Development Plan sessions
• produce aggregate, non-attributable group profiles and training reports
• protect assessment data under publisher and client requirements.

Why this role

Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least three years administering and debriefing validated assessments with adult professionals, and current publisher certification or qualification for each instrument used. Work is contingent upon contract award; travel within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties is required.
