The Part-Time Leasing Consultant is an onsite role at Bexley at Whitestone in Cedar Park, TX, scheduled for 20 hours per week. Pay is $20 per hour, with quarterly bonus potential. Weinstein Properties owns and manages more than 21,000 apartments across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. The consultant supports leasing and resident services, guiding prospective renters through inquiries, appointments, tours, and applications while assisting current residents with account, lease, move-in, and move-out needs. The role also coordinates with maintenance and helps create a positive community experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to internet leads and phone calls, schedule appointments, and tour prospective residents
• process applications and lease paperwork and request deposits and signatures
• assist residents with renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, transfers, and account questions
• coordinate with maintenance, inspect apartments when ready, and follow up on work orders
• support move-ins and move-outs, including security deposit dispositions
• post rent and follow up on balances
• plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
