What you'll do

• Provide individualized care and assistance with daily living, personal care, hygiene, and meals
• offer companionship, supervision, and positive engagement
• follow care plans and routines
• respond to communication, sensory, social, and behavioral needs
• encourage life skills and independence
• support approved community activities
• communicate with families and care coordinators
• report changes and incidents
• document services and maintain confidentiality.
