What you'll do

• Perform HVAC replacements to code
• solder and complete necessary electrical work associated with HVAC projects
• conduct thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients
• perform calculations for HVAC work and invoicing
• follow state HVAC code
• mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team performance metrics.
