What you'll do

• Develop assigned market segments and new business
• handle inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and contracts
• book business toward room and other revenue budgets
• conduct prospecting and outside sales calls
• manage sales activity in the property’s sales system
• build accounts and generate reports
• participate in outside organizations
• develop sales contracts and promotions
• coach or manage sales personnel as applicable
• contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
