What you'll do

• Support recruiting, hiring, background checks, and onboarding
• maintain employee records, HRIS information, and I-9 documentation
• administer benefits and answer policy, benefits, and pay questions
• support employee relations, leave programs, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and compliance
• process payroll
• partner with leaders on hiring, coaching, performance, and employee relations
• prepare HR communications and offers
• help plan employee events and recognition.
