What you'll do

• Lead daily service desk and NOC activities
• assign work and coordinate coverage and handoffs
• oversee Tier 0–2 support and escalated tickets
• monitor ticket quality and resolution
• coordinate video, telecommunications, application, network, and infrastructure requests
• maintain troubleshooting guides and operational logs
• coordinate incident response, releases, deployments, and network maintenance
• report service metrics and work with cybersecurity personnel.
