Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Conduct property walks and maintain grounds and curb appeal
• perform general repairs in apartments, common areas, and building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and drywall work
• support annual turnover and make-ready activities, including furniture removal and installation
• work with vendors and contractors
• respond to after-hours emergencies and fulfill assigned on-call duties
• support the preventative maintenance program
• attend team meetings
• maintain tools, equipment, materials, and maintenance areas.
