What you'll do

• Guide providers through onboarding and practice launch
• assess readiness, identify risks and barriers, and coordinate next steps with internal stakeholders. Help providers develop business plans and meet milestones
• support credentialing, compliance, documentation, and practice setup. Lead weekly post-launch consultations, review performance indicators, create action plans, and coordinate with Credentialing, Compliance, Billing, Operations, Client Services, and Clinical Leadership.
