What you'll do

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish

• identify and mitigate project risks and escalate as needed
• oversee crew leaders and repair technicians
• perform installation and post-install inspections
• work with homeowners throughout projects
• review and approve hourly employee payroll
• drive regularly to job sites.
