What you'll do

• Assist with information gathering for individual-centered goals and assessments
• support people with disabilities in maintaining clean, safe, orderly homes
• maintain required certifications and training
• communicate with the Residential Program Manager and staff
• document routine and unusual events
• assist with fiscal management while safeguarding funds
• uphold rights and dignity
• and implement individual service plans and behavior programs.
