The Cleveland Institute of Music’s Office of People & Culture supports an inclusive and engaging workplace at the conservatory. This role manages daily human resources operations, including hiring, employee records, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, and employment compliance. It helps employees and managers navigate people programs and supports the institute’s workforce and employee experience.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle hiring and faculty hiring support
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• administer benefits, leaves, workers’ compensation, and employment changes
• support employee relations, training, and compliance
• conduct orientations and maintain job descriptions
• provide payroll backup.
