The Agile Delivery Specialist (Scrum Master) role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, at RF-SMART’s US East Office. Compensation is not specified. The role helps the Products Team deliver work predictably and improve processes while coordinating with product leadership on deadlines, throughput, and roadmap progress.

What you'll do

• Support two to four Agile development teams
• oversee processes and coach teams
• document and communicate expectations
• investigate problems and drive resolutions
• facilitate Scrum meetings
• remove impediments
• report team KPIs
• develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• communicate deadlines, throughput metrics, and roadmap progress to product leadership
• recommend and oversee process improvements
• advise or coach newer team members.
