What you'll do

• Monitor patient status, team capacity, and shift needs
• manage daily workflow and help the team adapt
• assign and adjust shift roles
• provide hands-on floor support
• coordinate breaks
• assist with conflict resolution
• lead shift transitions, huddles, and wrap-ups
• communicate and escalate key issues
• flag incidents
• coordinate with hospital leadership on coverage, call-outs, and coaching.
