The Production Opportunities role is an onsite position based in Clare, MI. Compensation is $18.50 per hour. This role supports the manufacturing operations of Workbox Staffing. This role exists to ensure quality production through robotic welding and CNC machine operation. The production operator is responsible for inspecting materials, operating overhead cranes, and maintaining inventory control to meet quality demands.
What you'll do
- Inspect incoming material for quality.
- Operate overhead cranes to receive and issue raw material.
- Program, set up, and operate robotic welders and CNC machines.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Complete entry of work orders and packing slips.
- Perform daily shift maintenance inspections.
- Collaborate with team leaders on production issues.
