What you'll do

• Prepare and submit accurate medical and pharmacy claims
• review pricing discrepancies
• monitor payer billing requirements
• follow up on rejected claims
• review patient account records and documentation
• create claim batches and correct claims requiring attention
• review unbilled queues and delivery tickets
• coordinate with pharmacy and branch teams
• maintain account notes and comply with applicable requirements.
