What you'll do

• Supervise the office team and community assistants

• recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports
• conduct performance evaluations
• direct marketing efforts and events
• manage resident feedback and improvement plans
• oversee scheduling, payroll, deposits, invoices, packages, incident reports, and contracts
• partner on property maintenance and financial performance
• communicate with university partners
• represent the property at resident and marketing events
• support rent collection and eviction processes
• resolve resident disputes
• oversee key control.
