Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Restoration Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Effingham, IL. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration helps restore properties after damage, with a stated commitment to making property damage “Like it never even happened.” The technician responds to water and fire damage emergencies and performs restoration and cleanup work. The role supports clients through damage evaluation, water extraction, drying, equipment setup, demolition, and clear communication about the restoration process.

What you'll do

• Respond to water and fire damage emergencies
• evaluate and perform restoration activities

• set up specialty equipment
• perform demolition and cleanup
• load and maintain work vehicles
• communicate site hazards and equipment needs to supervisors
• explain restoration processes to clients.
