What you'll do

• Determine parts needs and specify parts accurately
• create and modify purchase orders and send them to vendors
• record returned warranty parts
• create and track special orders and notify the appropriate staff or customer when parts arrive
• process and close invoices
• verify received merchandise against requisitions
• maintain records of parts received and issued
• conduct ongoing inventory
• attend weekly department meetings.
