Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform routine cleaning, painting, and repairs to furniture and fixtures
• make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and machinery
• assist with setup and teardown for resident activities and special projects
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• report maintenance issues to supervision
• and collaborate with other departments.
