What you'll do

• Own the general ledger and accounting cycle
• lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• reconcile bank, card, payment, e-commerce, payroll, tax, and inventory accounts
• manage vendor payments and wholesale invoicing and collections
• administer payroll
• maintain inventory and cost-of-goods-sold records
• coordinate tax and regulatory filings
• improve accounting procedures, workflows, and controls
• supervise the bookkeeper.
