What you'll do

• Process retail, wholesale, and dealer-trade vehicle sales paperwork
• prepare and verify title documents, contracts, and forms
• bill new and used vehicle deals according to dealership and state guidelines
• ensure deal jackets are complete
• resolve discrepancies with sales, finance, and management
• maintain digital and physical billing records
• reconcile billing schedules and support month-end processes
• assist with DMV or third-party submissions
• maintain vehicle records
• stock vehicles into the dealership management system and verify VINs, model details, pricing, and fees.
