What you'll do

• Manage and support complex commercial litigation
• conduct discovery and deposition preparation
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and filings
• assist with pretrial strategy, hearings, and trial preparation
• support securities, class action, commercial, regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy matters as needed.
