What you'll do

• Hire, develop, and mentor avionics manufacturing technicians
• coordinate production schedules and day-to-day floor support for PCB assemblies and electromechanical assembly
• conduct electrical and environmental acceptance testing
• collaborate with design, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams
• set production targets and track rate and yield
• develop and optimize processes
• maintain specifications and training
• manage cleanroom space, equipment, and consumables.
