The Employment Support Specialist role is onsite in St. Peters, MO. Compensation is $24.00 per hour. The full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Boone Center, Inc. supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through employment opportunities. The specialist helps adults with disabilities succeed at work by assessing strengths and needs, coaching on the production floor, setting individualized goals, and coordinating resources. The role contributes to meaningful employment and personal development through ongoing support and collaboration.

What you'll do

• Assess employees’ strengths, vocational choices, needs, and skill development
• provide hands-on coaching on the production floor
• develop goals and document progress
• prepare annual evaluation summaries
• maintain required records
• refer employees to service agencies
• respond to challenging situations
• conduct safety training
• communicate with employees, families, guardians, and service providers.
