Senior Interior Designer

What you'll do

• Improve project results, client satisfaction, design quality, staff engagement, and profitability
• apply design processes, tools, project management systems, and technology
• oversee design solutions, documentation, and project delivery
• manage the Interiors studio as a business
• supervise and mentor staff
• monitor utilization, profitability, and revenue projections
• partner with design leaders and firm leadership on design quality, studio capacity, client expectations, and new opportunities.
