What you'll do

• Plan and manage construction projects from startup through closeout
• coordinate engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• manage schedules, budgets, manpower, equipment, and materials
• negotiate and administer agreements
• monitor progress and report
• obtain permits and approvals
• ensure health, safety, quality, and contractual compliance
• review project documents
• resolve cost, schedule, quality, and performance issues
• support client relationships and business development.
