What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one test-preparation instruction to a student cohort, averaging approximately 20–24 instructional hours per week
• build productive relationships with students and families
• collaborate with Test Prep Leadership on individualized student plans while protecting client confidentiality
• coordinate with other departments to support students
• attend test-prep meetings and development opportunities
• support applications for testing accommodations when relevant. Depending on strengths and interests, contribute to curriculum, instructor development, communication, data analysis, or other departmental initiatives
• approximately five hours per week are reserved for these efforts.
