What you'll do

• Generate qualified sales prospects
• build relationships with current and prospective customers
• troubleshoot flight issues
• oversee charter quotes, contracts, trip sheets, operator documents, and invoices
• maintain prospect information in the contact database
• recommend and quote charter options
• arrange pre-flight services
• monitor aircraft updates and communicate with customers
• and handle post-flight closeouts.
