Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works onsite in Whittier, CA, for $25–$31.25 per hour. The role recruits front-line candidates for MDH Network and its business lines, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The specialist builds candidate pipelines and employer awareness, evaluates applicants, and guides selected candidates through interviews, offers, and pre-boarding to help the organization attract and onboard qualified employees.

What you'll do

• Identify and recruit candidates
• review and analyze resumes
• search job websites and contact potential recruits
• interview candidates and introduce them to hiring managers
• initiate offers for qualified candidates
• serve as a new-employee ambassador
• explain pay structure, benefits, hiring, and pre-boarding processes.
