What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems
• provide shipment updates and delivery scheduling assistance
• investigate delivery concerns with internal departments and vendors
• handle escalations
• document customer interactions and shipment updates
• manage multiple tasks and meet productivity and quality goals.
