What you'll do

• Patrol the assigned clinic and grounds to support safety
• engage clients about rule violations and help prevent recurrence
• maintain grounds and report maintenance needs
• anticipate issues and redirect unwanted behavior
• use verbal de-escalation and encourage escalated clients to connect with counselors or support services
• contact emergency personnel when needed
• and submit daily reports of irregularities and unusual occurrences.
