What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food-preparation surfaces
• clean dishes, glassware, flatware, equipment, and utensils
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer supplies and equipment
• assist with banquet and buffet setup
• help load, unload, and deliver supplies
• label, date, and store food
• distribute supplies and equipment
• follow sanitation and safety requirements
• assist with food preparation as assigned.
