Maintenance Technician — Facilities

What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components
• coordinate major repairs and improvements with the Maintenance Manager
• work with vendors and contractors
• fabricate, install, or modify equipment as needed
• follow safety requirements
• respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
