What you'll do

  • Lead instructional processes for elementary school students with IEPs
  • design and implement personalized learning plans
  • deliver differentiated instruction in a co-teaching environment
  • manage student caseloads including IEP development and updates
  • reinforce Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
  • track and document student progress
  • maintain accurate student files and generate reports
  • collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators
  • adapt curricular content to diverse learning styles
  • utilize educational software and instructional technology
  • maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • participate in professional development and crisis management training.
