Canning Operator — 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Operate filling, seaming, and packing equipment
• set up and maintain packaging machinery
• perform labeling, code, seal, equipment challenge, and weight checks
• troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
• make running adjustments
• maintain batch work orders
• clean operational equipment and conveyor lines
• follow lockout/tagout procedures, GMPs, and sanitary requirements
• relieve other operators for breaks as needed.
