What you'll do

• Own a large portfolio of primarily SMB and mid-market accounts
• use data and Salesforce to prioritize engagement and track customer context, risks, renewals and opportunities
• drive retention and renewal outcomes
• identify and manage expansion opportunities
• partner with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, specialists and cloud-provider teams
• run customer reviews and demonstrations
• coordinate escalations
• use dashboards, CRM workflows and automation to improve coverage
• and share customer feedback with internal teams.
