Service Manager

What you'll do

• Model outstanding guest service and maintain cleanliness and product-quality standards
• supervise and schedule shift associates, delegate tasks, and communicate expectations
• complete administrative tasks such as labels, tracker sheets, and filing
• manage standard and custom orders and supplies
• complete applicable opening or closing checklists
• contact vendors to coordinate store services
• complete monthly facility inventory and biannual facility audits.
